The unfortunate owner of this wrecked car think twice before blocking another driver in the future. Not content to take a baseball bat to the window, release the handbrake and drive the car on his way obstructed the driver then called a cement truck to fill the vehicle in violation of the wet concrete.
Stunned onlookers can be heard laughing in disbelief at the video footage of the scene in Russia, showing the interior of the car is flooded with concrete, while the man looks pleased.
